In Buddhism, lay followers are known as Uppasakha and Uppasikha. To be quality practitioners, they must practice Dharma correctly, starting by taking refuge in the Three Jewels with strong determination, then practicing the Five Precepts of the Buddha’s teachings, doing good deeds, avoiding bad actions, and thus becoming quality Buddhists. for that reason, let us together listen to the following Dharma, which may provide benefits for our lives.
